| I was born to Mr. and Mrs. Johnston Ashene in western, Kenya in a small town called Butere. I am the fourth in a family of eight, with six brothers and one sister. Currently I’m a student at the (Mike reminded me to add the THE) Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. USA since September 2007. |
My Dad attended the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD which is where he met his bride … an employee of the Naval Academy. Mom & Dad married over 51 years ago & are still married! It should be no surprise that my two sisters & I were born near a navy base. After a short time in Buffalo, we moved to Lexington, OH. I moved to Columbus to finish the degree I started at the Mansfield branch of OSU, the final 2 years of my BSBA. After graduating from THE Ohio State University, my first job was in sales & I transferred to the IT world a couple years later & never looked back! |
